Here are 5️ tips for your next interview:
☑️ Research your interviewers, before your interview. Know their background, and if you can find some common ground!
☑️ Definitely research the company/employer. A common question you might get is: “Can you tell us about our current priorities/goals?”
☑️ Prepare questions for the interviewer. Remember, this is an opportunity for YOU to interviewer the employer too, and see if it’s a good fit!
☑️ Practice explaining how your background, interests and experiences align during the interview – e.g. are you good at social media? That’s worth mentioning!
☑️ Send a follow-up note after the interview!
